Get coached by former professional athlete (our pro coach) Emanuel Mayers and improve your times and hurdle/sprint mechanics. Workouts will be made weekly and are designed for the athlete's performance. We will speak via phone or video chat 3-4 times a week to ensure the training is going well or if you have any questions.
