Booking sessions is very easy. If you are in a scheduled class simply click the session and confirm you or your child will be attending. If you have private sessions, click the date and desired time you would like to train. 

You will receive a confirmation and a reminder can be set up. We take care of everything else. Assessments, workouts, and monthly progression are all logged in and your data is used to improve and maximize your potential.
